John Sayler

Owner / Tax Professional

I’m John Sayler, owner of Total Tax Solutions. I was born and raised in Bismarck, ND, and I’m a Veteran of the North Dakota Army National Guard with 23.5 years proudly served on Active Duty. I love to hunt, fish, and find loopholes in the Internal Revenue Code to save tax dollars. I have been preparing State and Federal Income tax returns for over 15 years. I am also a Certified Tax Coach through the American Institute of Certified Tax Planners. I believe personally contacting with each of my taxpayers to ensure the utmost professionalism and accuracy of preparing their tax returns. I look forward to assisting you and your family in saving tax dollars.

Ivy Greff

Office Manager / Tax Professional

I was born and raised in Mandan, ND, and I’m proud to serve the community I call home. I specialize in individual and small business tax returns, as well as entity setup at Total Tax Solutions. I enjoy getting to know my clients and building lasting relationships so I can assist them in the best way possible. My goal is to make your experience professional, personable, and knowledgeable while helping you feel confident and supported every step of the way. I’m married with two kids and two fur pups, and family is a huge part of my life. We love spending time together playing games, watching movies, and camping whenever summer rolls around.

Cody Prudente

Tax Manager / Tax Professional

I have over 18 years of experience preparing State and Federal income tax returns, with a strong focus on S corporations, partnerships, and daycare businesses. I am currently expanding my expertise in farm returns to better serve our agricultural clients. I also work with many non-English-speaking clients and use phone translation tools to ensure everyone feels informed and supported throughout the tax process. I make it a priority to stay current on changing tax laws through ongoing research and continuing education. I look forward to helping you better understand your tax situation and serving you with accuracy and care.

Calder Ressler

Tax Preparer

I served 25 years in the North Dakota Army National Guard and retired in June 2025. I bring that same work ethic, discipline, and attention to detail to my role as a Tax Preparer at Total Tax Solutions. I support the preparation process through backend tax work and final return reviews, helping ensure every return is accurate and complete before it’s filed. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and playing hockey. I also value spending time with my wife and our two children.
